This Privacy Policy describes how yukitaka13 ("we", "our", or "us"), the developer of the mobile application "BASKETALLY" (the "App"), collects, uses, and shares information about users ("you" or "User") of the App.
The App is used to record basketball games.
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or California (USA), please also refer to the region-specific sections below.
01Information We Collect
a. Sign-In Information
You sign in with your Google or Apple account. We receive your email address, name, and an account identifier. If you use Sign in with Apple and hide your email address, we receive the relay address issued by Apple. We do not receive your password.
b. Team and Game Data You Enter
- Names, colors, and images of teams (your team and opponent teams).
- Names, jersey numbers, and photos of players, and names and photos of coaches.
- Game date, venue, score, and play-by-play records.
This data is stored on your device and, when you sync, on our servers (Japan). Signing in with the same account on another device restores the same data.
Names and photos of opponent players and coaches are stored only on your device. Only opponent players' jersey numbers are stored on our servers.
c. Usage Logs
To make the App easier to use, we send usage logs, such as buttons pressed and screens opened, together with device model, OS and app version, language, and approximate region, to Google.
We do not send names of players, coaches, or teams, text you write, or photos.
d. Crash Information
When the App crashes, we send device model, OS and app version, where the problem occurred, and an identifier of your team to Google.
e. Roster Photos
When you read a roster sheet, the photo you take or pick is sent to Google's Gemini API to read jersey numbers and names. When you read an opponent's roster, the photo showing the opponent players' names is sent.
- Only the entries you review and add become part of your records.
- We do not store the photo.
- Google does not use the photos to improve its products.
You can also enter players by hand.
f. "Send feedback"
The message you write, the screen you were using, device model, OS and app version, and identifiers of your team and account are stored on our servers (Japan).
g. Inquiries
Information you provide when contacting us (name, email address, content of inquiry).
02How We Use Your Information
- To sign you in and to store, sync, and restore your team and game data.
- To read jersey numbers and player names from roster photos.
- To study and improve the usability of the App.
- To find and fix bugs.
- To respond to reports and inquiries.
- To prevent misuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your information for advertising, for tracking across other apps or websites, or for sale.
03Information About Players
Players (on your team and on opponent teams) may include minors.
- We do not make player names or photos public outside your team.
- Usage logs and crash information do not include player names or photos.
- When entering names or photos of players on your team, please obtain the understanding of the player or their parent or guardian where appropriate.
- Please enter names or photos of opponent players only as far as needed to record the game.
If a player or their parent or guardian wishes to have entered information deleted, please first consult the team's account holder. If you contact us directly, we will review the request and respond.

05How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With the service providers listed in Section 4, acting on our behalf.
- When required by law.
- With your consent.
06Advertising and Purchases
The App does not display advertisements and does not offer in-app purchases.
07International Data Transfers
Team and game data are stored in Japan. Usage logs, crash information, and roster photos (including photos of opponents' rosters) may be processed in the United States and other countries where Google LLC operates. By using the App, you consent to such transfers. For users in the EEA/UK, transfers are made with appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.

Data on your device is removed when you delete the App.
09Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. The following are deleted and cannot be restored:
- Your teams stored on our servers, with their players, coaches, game records, and photos.
- Your place in teams you joined with an invite code (the team itself remains).
- Messages you sent with "Send feedback".
- Your sign-in information.
- Records and photos on the device you used to delete the account.
Records on other devices signed in to the same account are removed when you delete the App on those devices.
Usage logs and crash information do not contain names and are kept until the end of the periods in Section 8. The identifier of the deleted account is kept for 30 days to refuse writes from that account.
10Security
Communication is encrypted, and data on our servers can be read and written only for the team of the signed-in user. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
11Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). Information about players who may be minors is entered by the account holder and handled as described in Section 3. If we become aware that a child has created an account without verifiable parental consent, we will delete such information.
12Your Rights (For All Users)
You may contact us at any time to:
- Inquire about the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your information.
- Withdraw any consent you have previously provided.
13For EEA/UK Residents (GDPR)
If you are located in the EEA or the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR apply, and you have the following rights:
- Right of access: Request a copy of your personal data.
- Right to rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): Request deletion of your data.
- Right to restriction of processing: Limit how we use your data.
- Right to data portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to object: Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent.
- Right to lodge a complaint: With your local data protection supervisory authority.
